Adrenal Type Seafood Veronique Recipe

This dish will make you feel like you are eating at a fancy restaurant, right in your own home. And the best part is that unlike eating out, you know it only contains things that are good for your body type to eat.

Seafood Veronique

-1 pound seafood (flounder, haddock, sole, or other firm white fish—fresh or frozen)
-1 egg
-2 tablespoons chopped chives
-3 tablespoons plain yogurt
-½ pound seedless grapes
-1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
-1 tablespoon diet mayonnaise
-½ clove garlic, crushed (optional)
-2 tablespoons of lemon juice
-1 lemon, cut into wedges

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Slightly beat the egg, then blend in the plain yogurt, chives, diet mayonnaise, and a sliver of the garlic.

Cut fish into 1-inch chunks and combine in a bowl with the lemon juice and the rest of the garlic. Add the grapes and toss together to combine.

Spoon the fish and grapes into four individual baking dishes or one 8-inch square dish.

Spoon plain yogurt mixture over fish, and top with grated cheese.

Bake 12–15 minutes, until top is hot and bubbly. Garnish with lemon wedges.

Serves four.
