Medical Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to support both our clinical and administrative operations. This role is essential to the flow of our clinic—helping patients feel cared for, assisting our providers during procedures, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the physician and nurse during procedures.

• Welcome patients and help ensure a smooth, stress-free check-in and check-out process.

• Prepare patients for treatments, prioritizing their comfort and safety.

• Educate patients on treatment processes, including pre- and post-treatment care.

• Respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and warmth.

• Provide tailored skincare regimen recommendations (training provided).

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.

• Conduct routine maintenance checks on medical devices.

• Help maintain the cleanliness and welcoming appearance of the clinic.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior clinical experience required—backgrounds such as Medical Assistant, EMT, phlebotomist, or similar are welcome.

• Strong patient care and communication skills—you know how to build trust and put people at ease.

• Experience in a medical office or medical spa is a plus.

• Professional grooming, attention to detail, and polished personal presentation.

• Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM and scheduling systems.

• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

• COVID-19 vaccination required.
