Aesthetic Medical Office Assistant

RevitalizeMaui Center for Longevity Medicine and Aesthetics is seeking customer-service-oriented professionals to join our practice. The Aesthetic Medical Office Assistant should be a dependable, dynamic, and enthusiastic individual who should have flexibility within their schedule and passion for helping others look and feel their very best.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
• Experience working in an administrative capacity at a medical office or a spa preferred
• Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills
• Have the ability to multi-task and work independently
• Strong computer/technical skills, including knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office

The Aesthetic Medical Office Assistant will deal with all clerical aspects regarding patient care and patient inquiries. Medical Aesthetician

RevitalizeMaui Center for Longevity Medicine and Aesthetics is seeking Medical Aesthetician to join our practice. The Medical Aesthetician should be a knowledgable, dependable, dynamic, and enthusiastic individual who should have flexibility within their schedule and passion for helping others look and feel their very best.

The Medical Aesthetician will perform various skin treatments including, but not limited to; medical facials, microdermabrasion, microneedling, various peels, and other skin services.
Qualifications:
• hold an active/current HI State Aesthetic License
• have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in a medical or spa environment
• have experience with medical grade equipment and products
• have experience in greeting customers/patients
• present themselves in a professional, mature and positive manner
