Job Title: Patient Coordinator

As a Patient Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional patient experiences. You will be at the forefront of our patient interactions, performing a range of duties, including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, responding to email, text, and telephone inquiries, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process, and providing patients with information about our aesthetic and longevity treatments, therapies, and products. Previous experience in front desk or customer service roles is a valuable asset for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Respond to patients’ inquiries.
  • Schedule patients’ appointments.
  • Prepare patients for treatments, prioritizing their comfort and safety.
  • Educate patients on treatment processes, including pre-and post-treatment care.
  • Provide tailored skincare regimen recommendations based on the patient’s needs.
  • Maintains patients’ records and ensures privacy and confidentiality.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and welcoming appearance of the office.
  • Keep precise and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Experience working in an administrative capacity at a medical office or medical spa is preferred.
  • Attention to personal appearance and grooming is a must.
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Strong computer/technical skills, including knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
  • Vaccination against COVID-19 is required.

Compensation:
$18-28 based on experience and performance
