We are currently seeking a polished Front Desk Associate / Patient Coordinator to become the welcoming face and voice of our brand.

What You’ll Do

Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and discretion, ensuring each visit feels seamless and memorable.

Manage appointment scheduling, patient communications (phone, text, and email), and smooth check-in/check-out.

Guide patients through their treatment journey, including pre- and post-care instructions (training provided).

Provide tailored skincare and treatment recommendations (no prior medical background required—we’ll train you).

Support our medical team by preparing patients for treatments and ensuring comfort and safety.

Maintain organized patient records while protecting confidentiality.

Keep the clinic environment immaculate and welcoming

Experience in a medical office or medspa is a plus, but not required—we provide full training on our treatments and protocols.
