Your $15 deposit will hold your appointment time, and be applied to the cost of your injection when you come in. The cost of your injection will be determined by the shot you select. Please let us know if you have any questions before your appointment.

Please let us know a minimum of 24hrs in advance if you need to make any changes to your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting your $15 deposit. This courtesy enables us to maintain a higher availability of our time for you as well as others. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment.
